Established on the Gold Coast in 2010, Elite Holiday Homes is a local, family-owned and operated holiday accommodation business. Our team is based in Broadbeach Waters and provides personalised local service before, during and after your stay.
Our holiday homes are located in some of the Gold Coast’s most popular areas, including Broadbeach Waters and Surfers Paradise, placing guests close to the beaches, restaurants, shopping, entertainment and major attractions the Gold Coast is famous for.

Stay Close to Broadbeach and the Best of the Gold Coast
Many of our holiday homes are located around Broadbeach Waters, giving guests convenient access to some of the Gold Coast’s best-known attractions and entertainment precincts.
Depending on your chosen property, you’ll be within easy reach of Broadbeach, Kurrawa Beach, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, The Star Gold Coast, The Oasis and the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, as well as restaurants, cafés and family attractions.
For guests who want to experience the Gold Coast while still having the space and privacy of an entire home, our properties provide an excellent alternative to booking multiple hotel rooms.
Locally Managed Since 2010
When you book with Elite Holiday Homes, you’re dealing with a local Gold Coast team, not an overseas booking centre.
We’ve been managing Gold Coast holiday homes and welcoming guests since 2010, and our Broadbeach Waters office is open seven days a week.
Our team manages the complete guest experience, from booking and pre-arrival information through to local assistance during your stay.
We are also a licensed real estate agency operating a regulated trust account, providing both guests and property owners with the reassurance of dealing with an established professional accommodation management business.
More Than Just Accommodation
Through our concierge service, My Holiday Concierge, guests can also arrange a range of additional services to make their Gold Coast stay easier.
These may include airport transfers, grocery shopping and put-away before arrival, private chefs, babysitting referrals, massage and beauty services, yoga, baby equipment hire and water-sports equipment.
It’s particularly useful for larger groups who want everything organised before they arrive.
Holiday Homes for Families and Groups
Elite Holiday Homes welcomes families, extended families, corporate guests and responsible groups looking to enjoy the Gold Coast together.
Our properties are not party houses and we do not accept Schoolies, bucks parties, hens parties or groups of guests under 24 years of age.
This helps us maintain the quality of our homes, respect our residential neighbourhoods and provide the type of accommodation experience our guests expect.
