Management Fees
Our fee is 16% (plus GST) – this includes marketing. We provide transparent and efficient financial management and reporting to ensure you receive accurate and timely income statements and no surprise costs. We operate through a Trust Account and are audited accordingly for your security and confidence.
Full Property Management Solution
We provide a full management solution that includes cleaning and linen, maintenance, pools and gardening services and more. We can also provide advice on suitable properties to purchase, renovations and furnishings for holiday letting to maximise your returns. An Owner portal is available 24/7 for your convenience.
Marketing and Advertising
We leverage our extensive network and digital marketing strategies to promote your property across various platforms including all major third party platforms such as AirBNB, Booking.com, Stayz, VRBO and many more, ensuring maximum exposure and high occupancy levels that are well above industry averages. Additionally, our exclusive database comprises over 55,000 clients who are registered with us. This valuable resource further enhances our ability to reach and connect with potential guests, increasing the chances of securing bookings for your holiday home. We also work with a number of travel agents and wholesalers both domestically and internationally. Market conditions and events are monitored constantly by our experienced team to ensure that nightly rates are set appropriately.

We offer 24/7 booking service and through exclusive access to My Holiday Concierge provide everything they require for a memorable stay increasing guest satisfaction and providing a 5 star experience.
Comprehensive Maintenance Program
Every property is always meticulously maintained and well presented. The property is checked after and prior to any guest staying and we take care of all property maintenance tasks. We provide regular updates to owners on any larger maintenance that needs to be scheduled. Our goal is to keep your home in top condition for both you and your guests and we use trusted and cost efficient trades.
Security
We conduct a comprehensive guest audit and monitoring to ensure the right customers are holidaying in your home. We have Security on call and a 24/7 contact number for guests.
